But you guys missed HRod throwing a ball to the backstop followed by 10 or 12 straight balls only broken up because the Giants started swinging at pitches out of the zone. Brutal would be a nice way of describing it.

This wasn't the worst loss ever or most frustrating game for me to watch as a Nats fan--that honor goes to the game Strasburg lost because of a series of blown calls and errors by Desmond and others that caused me to stop watching Nats games for over a week--but it was still an awful, torturous game.

This was a horrible and painful game.

10 straight innings of scoreless offense and there was some of the worst relief pitching I have seen in years. I mean I am talking Colome and Abreu bad.

Losses like these are the reason this team is such a joke.

You simply can't lose games like that.

Rizzo just said last week he needs to be around the big league club more especially during the losing streaks. Well get on a plane to san fran.

The ball to the backstop did provide a good sound bite for FP.

so cmd gave me the quick rundown.

coffey gave up some bloopers, burnett gave up one himself, HRod came in and was bad HRod, i woke up when it was tied and saw one nice inning of work from kimball, but woke up this morning to read stammen looked AAAA material and lost the game.
