Ok, somebody fire Clint and his half assed act.  That bum was playing Clippard's music when Storen was on the mound...

Great start for Lannan.  Too bad I didn't get to watch it because of MLB Extra Innings' issues.

Can anyone explain to me why Bixler didn't just move to 3B last inning?  Was it so important to get Cora in the game that Bixler couldn't just switch gloves?

They need to fire Clint and replace him with .......hammondsnats! That way he can use player nicknames between innings while on the big screen and he can officiate the President's Race.

"Call the Police... there's a killer slider on the loose!" Best Carpenterbole of the year.

"Call the police! There's a killer slider on the loose!"

(not exactly top class comment, unless compared to the Milwaukee announcers)

You know he had that one on hold and was dying to use it.

Man, this must be what pitching against the Nats is like for other teams.

That's fine.  We have so little going good that I'm happy to have an opportunity for him to use it.

Ok, I called lannan's performance, now I'm predicting we put up some insurance runs this inning.

He did what could be expected, which is GOOD for him.

Since the Padres hit worse than Washington, we can sweep them...
just before we get swept by the Phillies.

With Bixler out of the line-up we may get some collective offensive burst!!!

Desmond would have beaten that out if he'd started running sooner.
