Stairs may live longer than that since he might become the backup first baseman.

Well maybe they're not okay with Stair taking an increased role and this forces their hand to bring Marrero up.

Thank the gods. I hope he takes care of himself and heals. I am weary of the same old stupid mistakes regarding injured players.

The only way it's Aubrey is if they DFA someone, or put someone on the 60 day DL.

DFA Bixler. Easy move but they won't do it.

Slaten should be DFAed while we are at it. He's been the worst pitcher in all of baseball this year. It's pretty crazy actually.
