UPDATED: LaRoche headed to 15 Day DL

Good to hear. Hopefully with some rest (surgery?) he can return the player we expected him to be. Ankiel is obviously going to be called up, but who else? Maybe Marerro/Moore?

Yeah, I've been afraid of this for awhile. They would probably even throw Harper in the mix even though he probably wouldn't have played a game by then. Just sign Pujols :P and a pitcher!!!

1. Did they market Marquis like that this spring?
2. Zimmerman will already have been back for 3 months.

I still think we get one of C.J. Wilson/E. Jackson and trade for a blocked CF prospect.

Since we knew he was injured, I don't feel bad about applauding the news.  I am applauding doing the right thing for the roster (DL / activation), not him being hurt. Get right, get back, and play like you can when right.
