Charlie Slowes mentions 'threat of rain throughout the afternoon' but they're going to start this one on time...does this make the Orioles less weather-wussy than the Nats this past Tuesday who postponed that match due to 'threat of rain'?

He can enter the game but the team loses the DH and pitchers must hit
