This team deserves the embarrassment of getting no hit by the lowly Mets and Dillon Gee.

We've got 12 outs to get a hit.

Make it happen.
Wow.  What happens if Dillon Gee no hits us?

i'm actually expecting us to get no hit.  and we won't do anything about making a move to improving our team.

He's not free of guilt... but it's hard to teach hitting with a roster devoid of hitters.

i agree.  and i've said this time after time, everyone deserves blame for this.

hitters ... coaches ... owners ... front office.  it goes from top to bottom.

Every mother freaker on the team is hitting well below their expected/past level of production. I don't get it. Is it because they are wearing a Nationals uniform? What else is the common thread?

They're mostly old, and weren't that talented to begin with?

This team needs protection from Zimmerman. I bet Werth and LaRoche start hitting again when he comes back. I don't buy the BS that people say about protection in a lineup. Even if it is on a subconscious level, pitchers throw better pitches to batters when the next guy up is a dangerous hitter.
