Is the MLB board somehow immune to vocal minorities?

Hardly, but there aren't that many regular posters there anymore, and it's a fairly stable bunch.  It is prone to trolling, of course.

I took a look at it recently and nearly vomited. It's worthless software.

That inning really drove up Lannan's pitch count.

More like a ten-count probably.

Last year I had a chance to have a short chat with both of them.

Knight is huge.   And Holliday is a tiny, tiny guy.

Franken-Wood only makes Holliday look even smaller. It's crazy.

It reminds me of my AOL years.

It's a weird mix over there.  A lot of Sunshine Squaders© and only a couple of Legion of Doom™ members (richmindc).

OK, I'm confused.

Is the first Icelandic mud girl in the water the same one standing in a coat talking on the phone?

Bo Porter is much more entertaining than Bixler on Wired Wednesday.

You can type it in manually by entering the following code - : couch :

But don't have spaces in it.

It has nothing to do with your computer.

It has one advantage over this.  When you post, you can designate it as being direct to a person or to "all".  Then, you can search for posts to you by filtering.  Here, you have to basically read every thread you've posted in (that has new posts) and find them, you can't just query them up.

That's about it for the advantages I can determine.

I've heard some things about Knight here and there, he sounds like he'd be fun to hang out with.  Hope he's doing Nats Xtra pre/postgame for a long time to come.

Met Carpenter at a WNFF tailgate 4 years ago but I honestly can't remember much of what was said.  He seemed affable though, and I enjoyed getting to meet him.  Also met DT and did a very brief interview spot with her.  I'm sure I'm opening myself to ridicule here but she was quite attractive.  Still not a fan of the way some here treat her, but I'm also not a fan of censorship, so I try to use it sparingly.  Wish people didn't push the issue so much :?

How is that different from private messages?  I don't think I've ever seen any other bb software that did anything like that.

Yep.  He knows the game, that's for sure.  He was dead on about Hairston being unable to charge the ball because of the incoming bat head.
