can it be time to end the rick ankiel experiment and move him to bench/platoon like he is made for?

At least move him out of the 2 spot, it drives me insane to see his name there in the lineup every day.

I'm holding back any declarative statements but not scoring in an inning where you get FOUR walks, does not bode well for your chances of winning.  >:(

Did ya go to the wedding?

I watched the wedding on the BBC and then went down and caught some of the street partying.

P.S. Morse facepalm. But that inning is really on Ankiel.

I was going to say we should have Morse fielding balls at third but after this AB I immediately change my mind. Swinging at the first pitch after the pitcher walked three consecutive guys? He's not who we thought he was.

Shaftsbury?   West End?   The City?

Yeah, I repeat: the loser of that inning was Ankiel.

What are the Nats and MASN smoking? How can you say Hairston and Cora have been doing a "great job" at 3rd?

I'm fine with Morse's approach that AB. You know that Sanchez has to get ahead in the count there. He jumped all over the first pitch he saw and hit it hard. It was just right at someone.

Westminster, went straight to the action. Took a picture of guys rolling up the red carpet at the Abbey, then walked down the road to Buckingham Palace and Trafalgar Square.
