Just posted the following change to the first post.

The MoveOn.org / Lock and Load Prospect Memorial Section  These threads are for prospects who are now in the majors or in another organization.  Should be locked by a moderator.  Anyone called up gets locked unless sent down with additional rookie eligibility time.
