terrible feed on the DP

thats why fielding stats arent always accurate...that should be an error, but it wont be because they got an out

DRS takes DP's turned into account.

Except the other night.

Hard to call that his fault.

Pudge plays, bad things happen.

Clippard shouldn't have gone back out there. Why throw him four outs with the score what it is?

It's not about whether Clip can do that on a normal day. Why, with a five run lead, and the workload that you've been putting on him, would you decide that it's a good time for him to stay in for four outs?

this team is killing me. Just gave away 2 runs and elongated a game unnecessarily.

that's fine.  we've got this.

I agree...but when these kinds of things happen, I always ask myself...what if this was a one run game? This sloppiness (not throwing strikes, wild pitch, bad play by 2B) was enough to lose a close game.

Anybody still wandering what all the hype with Espinosa's defense is all about.  Yes, he has a strong arm but I also notice that he botches many cut off's by having trouble getting the ball out of his mitt.  I wonder if he needs a smaller mitt.

Let's at least hope that the double switch pays off.

I think it was a save anyway...the tying run was on deck when he came in I think.
