Wind on the back side?  Reminds me of the campfire cookout scene from Blazing Saddles.
Maybe some beans for lunch.

And Musk is busy with the clusterfreak he made of the Twitter purchase... so don't look to SpaceX.

winds hit 100 MPH on the launch pad. And if the mission gets pushed back into December, the booster rockets may not be usable.

Ugh

Green comet coming. Only a couple of posters here were alive when it last came.

if Mitlen still posted, he'd tell you it's more turquoise than green.

SpaceX just scrubbed its planned launch of the Starship into orbit. They had a pressurization issue with one of the boosters.

I was surprised they were going to launch because it is almost pitch black in Orlando with storms.

Sounds like it is a high risk venture.

I was listening to a bit of the commentary. This rocket is already obsolete but they are just using the launch to test some components and their management capabilities.

They will try again Thursday morning. I did kit realize this is in Texas and not Florida. Musk said if the rocket blows up anywhere away from the launch pad it’s a success. He should buy the Nats setting the bat that low.

launched at 9:34AM, first minute was picture perfect but it failed to separate from the booster stage and blew up. Hopefully the debris lands over water.
