The joke could go either way- agency helping small business, good example of well spent money, or government blowing money on enriching insiders who form small businesses (preferably with service disabled female minorities as partners located in disadvantaged areas like Hawaii with an ANC ownership stake thrown in for balance- but don't tell anyone it's just a Raytheon subsidiary)

I watched a few of the interviews with the scientists. It is crazy and if it works ... it'll be some badassed crap.

Watching the video... I just don't see how this landing is going to work.

So many things could go wrong with the landing... if they pull it off, I think it'll be one of the great engineering feats, well, ever.
