The Dodgers reported that they didn't make another offer to Rendon because they were sure he was interested in playing there.

I wonder if the same isn't true for DC.  All these things we will just never know.

To clarify: the Nationals travel postseason policy for wives/families caused a lot of anger.(Other teams much more liberal.) Rendon spoke up in a team meeting & was a big reason why they were allowed to have families on the plane at the World Series
