This. And I know spider is going to come on here with some stupid, tired knock on me, but the Os are better than the Nats unfortunately.

And I'm sorry but I find it funny that some of the people on here crapting on the Os are the same ones that are overly optimistic of the nats upcoming season.

their pitching is going to be better than ours. they have a better all around OF (although Werth > Markakis), better C (as much as I think Wieters is overrated), better 2B, SS is probably a wash and right now a better 1B.

nats have a better bullpen and 3b and that's about it. wake up.

If we get LaRoche, I'd take him over Lee. 2b, they win until a month into the season when Roberts has a back ache and is done for the season. SS, I'd take Desmond, especially going forward, but that is arguable. We have the better 3b. I'd give us RF too. They have the better CF, and both have terrible LF. C, I think weiters is better, but he's not the superstar he was supposed to be.

Dude anyone could get hurt, you can't use that in this argument.

Id probably take desmond/espinosa @ ss over the os current ss situation.

We don't have laroche (yet) so that's why I was saying right now theirs is better.

If you think a 33 year old middle infielder with a bad back projects to play the whole season go for it. Going forward, I would defiantly take Espinosa, and will laugh as Roberts' contract becomes an albatross

I think they're pretty close, I suspect the Os are better though. Keep in mind that they face a tougher schedule, so just because we might have a better record than them, it doesn't mean that we're better.

You need to learn to read. I said both teams suck, true. Both teams have bad rotations, true. Nats have Strasburg coming back, true. I didn't compare the teams and certainly didn't compare the lineups.

You said the O's suck. suck suck suck. One can only take that as an obvious hate towards the O's. Then you said, the nats are in the same boat. After you said their pitching staff sucks. So it would seem that you mean the Os suck more than the Nats.

In a year and a half Strasburg will change the face of Nats pitching. O's have nothing like that waiting in the wings. Also, you told me to "wake up" - neither team is good, not sure what I'm sleeping on.
