Why is Papa John's acting like they invented the calzone?

Because most people that live here, unless they're from NY/NJ or Philly don't know what a calzone is.

Nicola's Pizza in Rehoboth Beach Del has their version of the calzone called the Nic-O-Boli. It is yummy.

I thought the Papa John's thing was their version of a quesadilla?

In their "Riddle" commercial - https://www.ispot.tv/ad/ZW6C/papa-johns-papadias-riddle - they ask who should get credit, the inventor of pizza or the inventor of folding. A folded pizza is a calzone. I suppose one could argue that a quesadilla is basically a Mexican calzone.

I have seen a commercial 5 times today for men who have Peyronie's Disease.  I don't get what the advertising rush is on this all of a sudden, for I haven't changed my TV viewing habits.  It makes 2IPAs cringe everytime the commercial comes on.

CNN just showed the commercial on Peyronie's disease again.  Must be a demographic of old men watching the CNN shows tonight.

It’s related to Dupuytrens contracture so maybe John Elway can do the ads?

Not quite a commercial, but I’ve blocked ‘Jason’ from Bloomberg asking for my assistance using 3 numbers so far today.

Overall,  the sheer number of Bloomberg commercials has driven me away from TV and YouTube
