Dunn staying in almost makes up for Morse going out.

One improvement next year will be to have enough outfieders that the Nats do NOT bring up  Maxwell in September.

Bob and Ray were going on and on as to there must be something wrong with Morse, to have been taken out of the game.  But, you could hear it in their voices, they were trying to talk themselves into believing it, because taking Morse out is EXACTLY the sort of thing Riggleman would do, and in fact has done plenty of times this season, including a game in which Morse already had TWO homers.

It's completely plausible that Riggleman would double switch out Morse while trailing by 1 run.

WTF, Clippard?

Riggs thinks he can have Storen pitch the 8th and then nobody pitch the 9th because the Mets will have already won.

How can this team not look at this season and not see that it has underperformed with Riggleman as manager?

The 4 pitch walk. Disaster. It doesn't look like Clippard's arm is falling off, but maybe his concentration.
