Well apparently Frank thinks it's just fine to play for your stats.  In fact he encourages it

For the 2006 Nationals, a bases loaded walk and then leaving 3 on base is called "a rally."

ROFL that Frank is all for raising Soriano's price to the Nationals, by padding his stats - which he has done ALL SEASON, by keeping him at leadoff - at the EXPENSE of winning games.  Hey Frank, why not do it to win - the Wild Card, or the World Series, or just one freaking game????  Good luck in retirement...

Did you see the interview?  Frank put Sori in the 3-hole today because he wanted to see Sori get 100 RBIs.

I'm not sure what happened, but the message said, "You cannot make another post so soon", and then it reposted the previous post.  I just started using tabs with Mozilla Firefox, thanks to Colten Willems help - which was more useful than anything I could actually find under Mozilla's Help section

Cats and dogs sleeping together?  Vidro with a clutch 2-out 2RBI single?

Surely the four horsemen ride today.

Vidro's been kicking A these last three weeks.  Too many people being mean to him here on the Forum...so he decided to step it up.   8)

I think a healty O'Connor has a real chance in our rotation next year.  He had several quality starts in a row before his injury problems.  I would really like to see what a rotation with him and a healthy Patterson could do.

If that's how it worked, Sportsfan would be single-handedly responsible for making Tony Armas and Ramon Ortiz Cy Young winners

I disagree.  Considering what we're likely to have next year, I think you keep O'Connor.
