Just calm down, Craig.

Thank goodness we still have a lead!

Crazy EdStroud question of the day;

Ubaldo Jimenez got his 17th win today a 6-1 win over SF.  Did you know that the Nationals 5 Starters (Hernandez/Stammen/Olsen/Lannan/Detwiler) right now added together have only 16 wins.  Would
you trade all 5 for Jimenez?

Good question.  Yes, yes I would.  The rest, except Livo but he's old, are all consistently inconsistent.

Morse should destroy Kennedy.

He's a fastball pitcher, something Morse kills.

I've been thinking... the Nats need to start the runner every time Pudge bats.

Make sure its a good count... and have the guy take off in a hit and run.

You should have dropped the ball.  Your wrist would be ok.

Yes.  I'd call up Mock, Chico, whoever, to plug the holes and look forward to next season's crazy good rotation.  Stras, Ubaldo, Zimmnn, whoever is ready from the rest.

We're going to see more Michael Morse I hope with Nyjer being out of the lineup.
They better not let JMax start over Morse

What the hell happened to you to cause this, accident?

It's a congenital hip problem magnified by a back injury where I overcompensated for my weakened lower back using weird muscles in my hips and legs that shouldn't be stressed like that.

Back injury was likely from moving :bang: and exacerbated by sitting at a desk too much.

Wow, hell of a spike job by Morse.  Clean play, he was just sliding directly to the base.

In a heartbeat. I would feel a little bad for fleecing the Rockies on the deal but after 20 seconds I'd be over feeling bad.

That unblocks Strasburg, Marquis, Zimmermann, Maya, and Mock or Arnesen. Unquestionably a good move.

We need to get something from the bottom of the batting order.  This is the worst pitching staff in baseball, for goodness sake!
