But yes, you use your best pitcher when you need him, not just to get a statistical "close".

And Cordero is our best short guy, hands down.

true, but now pujols is up 5th next inning (and yes its true that preston wilson is up 3rd next inning, but remember, he's not with the Nats anymore)
