Is it an illusion that errors come back and hurt us more because we have so many of them or do we actually get hurt at a higher rate than other teams?

This looks like a different team. JD still had the k's, just needs  fielding practice

Perralta is the pitcher we should trade because his value certainly won't be any higher and he's 34.

It's amazing that Riggleman gets more out of this team than anyone should expect. 5 2/3 innings from Martin, who throws an 85 mph fastball. Peralta?

Value?  He's hardly pitched this year.  Does he have 10 innings yet?  I'd say, if we trade another guy, we plug Peralta in the gap.

He's better than some of the bums we traded over the last few years.

We suspect that, but nobody else knows it.  He's not on anyone's radar.

Use a real PH Jim. If the team loses by a run it is his fault. Why is he scared to use Morse or Gonzalez?

The good thing about Desmond's homers is that he gets to trot around the bases and hammonds doesn't have to take too much of a pounding from hanging from his balls.

Zimmerman and Dunn are clearly awakened.  If Desmond has really snapped out of it, we could be off an running on a nice streak.

BTW, isn't there a poster currently on "vacation"? If it Nattie20? I haven't seen him lately.

Potomac.  His ban has been over for a while.

With two outs, why PH for Peralta? He has pitched to one batter. There are three innings left. Storen, Clippard, and Capps can't go every 7th to  9th.

That's how I feel.  If there weren't already 2 outs, or there were men on, then I'd use a PH.  But with 2 outs and the bases empty, I'd let Peralta hit and pitch the 7th
