haha he really scorched that one ... three hard hit balls for zim.

kennedy was running on the pitch and i really think he thought it was banging off the wall or it was a goner.

how far was Kennedy away from the bag? He must have been halfway to third. Castillo dropped the ball, and Kennedy was not in the picture.

Both starters worked out of trouble in the first. Kennedy and Zim went back to back in the 3rd. Atilano's really settled down and is pitching well at the moment.

2-0 Nats, bottom 5.
