Come on Bruney, break out of this funk. You were great for the Yanks last season, you definitely have the stuff.

What year are you talking about?  Bruney's was good, not great, in 2008.  He's had terrible control his entire career, he's been aweful for a couple of years, and he's worse in every conceivable way this year.

Cut him now.

This looks like a much bigger crowd than usual.

The Marlins are drawing reasonably this year.

I would bet it has something to do with their fans knowing that there's a new stadium coming.  They might not be so pissed at Loria.

Ugh, Bruney :bang:

Bruney shows flashes of greatness
He's not a project IMO. He has solid major league numbers. I don't know what his issue is.

Damn. A good throw probably had him there. Nice play, though. Terrible pitch. Right down the middle.

Bruney will be gone before the end of May in some form (even if that means demotion + promotion)

so important to double switch so Bruney could put the game in jeopardy.

k just call up drew storen.

You've become the new SF/AZ. Your new screen name is SFAZ. But relax. Storen and Strasburg will be with the parent club by early June (Storen probably by late May).

He's had a BB/9 rate under 5 once.  He's FIP/xFIP have been over 5 as much as under it.  He's a 7th man in the bullpen and has been every year other than 08.

5 run lead is as much garbage time margin as we're going to find for him.  If he can't even handle that responsibility.....

He means to replace Bruney.

WTF are YOU smoking that you'd rather keep using this crapbag than give Storen a shot?
