I don't even think he needs more appearances. Pure saves will get you in. Ask Brian Wilson.

I think he has the ML saves lead right now.

There was a vocal minority of Nats fans who were PISSED that we "let" Soriano go without paying megabucks to re-sign him. You don't hear from any of them now, on this topic at least.

Honestly, who knows how Soriano would've performed here? I wanted to re-sign him, but it wasn't the end of the world when we let him go and I can see why we didn't give him a mega-deal. But who knows maybe Soriano would've continued to like playing here and put up good numbers in our line-up. We'll never know.

The batter just chased a Felipe CURVE BALL at his ankles!
2 out. Overthrow to 1B, Pujol throws the runner OUT at 2B!

PUTS THEM DOWN 1-2-3!!!!!!!!

They say he never played as a pitcher before...

IDK. Baseball players have a lot of time to fiddle around with junk pitches, even if they're not pitchers. He probably learned it growing up and probably pitched when he was little.

There should be a farce game in ST where position players pitch and pitchers field. Give everyone a chance to see what it's like to be in another position.
