Which Team Will Regret Its Winter Signing More?

I thought about adding Holliday and Bay to the poll, but I decided to stick with three pitchers and a catcher who has had back problems.  I am thinking more of injury risk than performance-to-value.

EDIT: I think the risk for the Giants is that the contract might be too short.

I think the team with the biggest regrettable move this off-season is the Seattle Mariners, but it's not for the signing of Felix Hernandez.

Milton Bradley?  I don't see how they could regret the Cliff Lee move when all they gave up was Aumont and Gillies.

If I had to choose from the 4 in the poll I would say Marines signing Hernandez, but for the entire off-season I would say Holliday singing by the Cards.
