I sincerely think he's done for the year. I also think that it won't matter come his next start. The Mets will sweep the Phillies, and the Cardinals will probably take 2.
Even if he's on 15 day DL or gets one more start before heading there, it's September. He'll make it back for like two starts and the playoffs, with the minimum 15 days, but every time he's gone on the DL he's spent a month there. He's almost certainly done for the year unless he can work through this somehow...but 94 MPH fastballs with little movement aren't going to get the job done.
