Meh, spring training lineup.  Not going to get worked up over it.

4-4 in the 4th.

Morse just went yard to tie it up at 5.

I'm guessing someone wants to make the opening day roster this year.

Yeah he's a monster hitter. He's going to take Desmond's utility spot, maybe Guzman DL and Desmond at SS?

Are pitchers supposed to be ahead of hitters this time of year because of earlier arrival in camp, or hitters ahead of batters because of a longer warmup period needed?

I was hoping today would be the day we didn't give up double digit runs...

...Maybe tomorrow...

I think some of us might be too competitive when you're agonizing over the first week of spring training games...

It is a bit of a ball punch to be getting shelled so badly.

Meh, it's March 6th.

I was really optimistic last year but after the first 2 weeks I was down on the bullpen. I just hope we don't have to go through the same thing but seeing the pitchers suck so far isn't a great sign.

Sure, I was too, but that was in April.  Again, it's March 6th.  Clippard, Martin, Mock and Slaten have all been just fine.  Storen's been solid too.  Lannan will be fine.  I'm really not too worried about Burnett or Capps either.  Let's get these guys, even the ones that have done well, a few more innings before we start jockeying for position on the nearest bridge.

Look on the bright side guys: If we only let up 12 runs tomorrow, our team ERA will go down!
