Johnson was by far the single worst malcontent in all of football last year.

this will be entertaining.

Can we dream that they add TO to the mix next?  Then all they need to do is coax Jeff George out of retirement.

this probably means they aren't drafting a QB this year, would they pick Clausson now?

Yes they would.  I hope everyone suddenly remembers that Denver's slide away from legit SB contender started once Shanny was given full control in personnel decisions.  I like Clausen as the best prospect in this draft, but adding him to the mix without anything legit being done to help the OL while downgrading the backup RB position, makes the draft irrelevant.

I still hope they draft a late round RB like an Evan Royster (is he declaring?). To me RB are the most interchangable parts. Or pull off a trade for a Chester Taylor type backup.

If Rex has any bearing on the draft, I think it makes a qb more likely- he's only on a one year deal, if they thought he was going to be our starter, he'd have a multi year contract

fact of the matter is, Haynesworth just isn't the right guy for the team.

once again, Snyder bought a "name", rather than a player who fits.

Haynesworth isn't a bad player, but the Redskins defensive scheme is just 100% wrong for the type of player he is.

he's a 4-3 pass rusher, and the Redskins want him to be a hole-plugger. occupying blockers is not the strong point of his game, and they should have known that from the start

when they signed him, they ran a 4-3

They also signed a NT already with the intention of playing Haynes(worth) at 3-4 DE.

That is a solid signing. Haynesworth is NOT a 3-4 DE. Man, that sucks. He's a great 4-3 DT but he does not fit in that 3-4...
