Nope. It's Ice Cube of the hip hop/rap fame. Former member of NWA and such.

The photo was on the front of the recent The Source magazine.

I'm not a big rap/hip hop fan myself but, I dig Ice Cube. Especially his bad acting in some really crappy movies. Anaconda anyone?
