That would not surprise me. I cannot see them tendering him a contract. They will likely sign a free agent catcher.

Who else is up for arbitration that we might let go? Olsen is a possibility.

I don't think Bard is a free agent. He was in AAA for part of the season earlier so I'm not sure if he has enough service time.

Man that would suck for him. He needs .85 of a year or so, depends how long he was in AAA.

Bard was less than 40 days away from free agency at the start of the season. Cots measure is years dot days.
