This series is going to be ugly.

Facing Vazquez (2.91 ERA), Hanson (2.85 ERA), Lowe (4.55 ERA).

I cannot believe how good of a year Vazquez has had. Cy Young candidate.

Just had a friend of mine who is a big Braves fan sent me a Facebook message asking if I could get the Nats to bend over these next 7 gaves with them.  I told him to ask Mets fans how that's worked out for them the past couple of years...

Haw, right, exactly!  Suck it, Braves!  The Rockies are going to the playoffs.

For anyone who went to the game yesterday and parked at RFK, were you delayed by the Nats express? I had to wait like 30 minutes because 2 of their buses got into accidents. I think one of them hit a pedestrian. Just a microcosm of this season.

We can't rely on Willingham defensively next season.

This team hasn't improved at all defensively. We can't keep giving teams 5 outs.

the lights are one thing, but a routine grounder with your best pitcher on the bump.  what a joke.  this inning should be over.  way to go pete.

Wow, I have completely lost interest in the games for this season.  The team is just so bad lately, even worse than before.

The only thing I'll be following very closely from now on will be the off season moves and the progress of Stras.  Occasionally tune into a game for the remainder of the season.

riggelman is not very smart and Dibble just spoke wat was on my mind. Stay with a conisistant defense, everyday dont change the line-up just for the sake of it. Lannan would have only pitched 11 pitches but now has to go 20-30 pitches.

Lannan had to force 6 outs in this inning. We can't keep doing that.

no comments on the overprotective parents with the baby wearing a non decorative or team colored batting helmet, complete with the Cool Flow stickers still on it so they can bring it back to modells tomorrow?

have fun growing up in that household, kid...

That's why I get my tickets from other people. i don't my money to mix and intermingle with the money of the filthy trash of the opposing Nats fans into Ted Lerner's pockets. The team losing benefits me because I can get tickets easier.

i hate to be that guy, but john lannan deserves better than this.

it's one thing for desmond to be playing his first game in the outfield in years (not to mention in the majors) and can't get to a ball, but we've had three plays (including the major gaffe by lol pete orr) that major leaguers should make.  and lannan has pitched a gem outside that (his fastball is hitting 92 by the way, so i don't want to hear that he's tired crap).
