The Marlins should try to trade us for Maxwell.   :icon_mrgreen:

Tomorrow I want to see this line-up:

2B Harris (let's face it we won't see Guz there this season)
SS Desmond
3B Zimmerman
1B Dunn
LF Willingham
CF Maxwell
RF Dukes (Morse if he can't go)
C it doesn't matter

Guz SHOULD try out second base ASAP, and if he doesn't, they can cut his whiny ass in the offseason for all I care.  Buck up and do what you're asked, you whiny nag.  You are not Ozzie Smith.

This isn't a new discovery but our pitching STINKS!

It just comes more into focus on nights like this.  >:(

Desmond is such an jerk. Doesn't he realize that he's making Riggleman's job difficult?

Bench his ass.

haha what did guzman do?  i love the way desmond has been playing and i hope he's the long term answer there, but guzman is a good player and has been good for us the last couple years.  it'd be great if desmond keeps this up and that guzman would make the move to 2nd (because he's definitely better than pete orr/alberto gonzalez platoon hands down).

I wasnt able to catch the game last night but I read the boxscores at like 4 in the morning and got really excited to see Desmond with 2 doubles and hits in all his ABs and a walk and than Maxwell with 2 homers!

those two, dunn's hit and detwiler were the only bright spots of the game.

If Detwiler falters as a starter again, I'd really like to see him as a reliever.

haha falters again?  dude he's a rookie.  he showed plenty of flashes, but also showed he has some things to work on and needs seasoning.  he had a great year down in the minors in AA and AAA.  the future is bright for him AS A STARTER.
