The Marlins must have more former Nats on their major league roster than any team in baseball: Nick, Bonifacio, Ayala, and Sanches. Kind of weird that they're in playoff contention.

The final strike was on Sanches circle change (which I wanted as soon as it went to 2 strikes). He throws it with a "thumbs down" motion, and it breaks a bit away from lefties. It's probably his best pitch to lefties.

Thanks to the Anderson Hernandez trade, the Mets also currently have four former Nats on their 40-man.
