Who feels confident about McDougal?
I'm going to drink the koolaid. This team is playing much better lately.

No, in fairness, he didn't do that. What he did was piss on the idea of walking Uggla to get to Ross yet when Uggla got the two run single he called it inexcusable that they didn't walk Uggla with 1B open.
Uggla should have seen a 3-2 slider. good chance of getting the K. if he walks him while throwing the slider 3-2, no problem.

but he shouldn't just groove him a fastball with first base open. hell, after the count went to 3-0 I would have just put him on 1st right then with an intentional ball.

Now we have a pitcher whose only pitch is the fastball, when the balls are flying like they are tonight.

We'll be lucky if they only score one.

:lmao: Even worse.  That basically is predicting a walk, indirectly, but by assumption.

Not me. It's time to start biting the nails.

He's really good, perhaps one out of four outings.  Please, this be one of those.

I would like to go there one day. I've been to Canton several times, but never Cooperstown.

If the bat flies out of your hand it should be an automatic out.

It's a definite pilgrimage.  Bucolic countryside, pristine little towns, and the shrine, of course.
