seriously man, why wouldn't he stick with his best pitch and get Zambrano to hit into an easy ground ball?

that pitch was just sitting on a tee for him to hit. just awful.

they've given up. this game is over.

The offense lets another struggling pitcher off the hook. Just as Carpenter predicted in the first inning, they failed to score many runs off of Zambrano early and now he will own them the rest of the night.
