Who feels the slightest shred of confidence in our bullpen with 6 outs to go?
I don't feel confident at all in MacDougal.

I'll get back to you after another beer or two.

Although back in the 3rd inning we were doubting the Nats could outscore the Astros by 2 runs for the rest of the game. So we have a shot tonight.

With this bullpen, I think something stronger than beer is in order . . . I'm breaking out the vodka :?

Colome and Hanrahan are gone.

...but Villione and Tavarez are still here.  :spaz:

I'm undecided.  :?

He wouldn't put either of those guys in a winnable game, would he?

Not true, when at surfing events they are requisite.

Really? You can tell this Brooklynite doesn't get to many surfing events.

no, Bob. that was a terrible baseball play. Morgan should be scolded for that in the dugout. He has to be more aware than that.

Are they cheering the base hit or the fact that the wave made it around the stadium uninterrupted?  :bang:

Beimel needs a DP here.  Too many at-bats make me uncomfortable.  :(

 haha

Beimel is making me nervous. Acta again putting him in a position to fail. He should not be in there to face all of these RH batters.

so stupid of Manny

I can think of only a couple waves that are pleasant, like the one that washes over me following a shot of tequila, but generally I agree that crowd waves at a sporting event are a blight on the experience generally.

Nick should just concede all pop ups. He's pathetic at fielding those.

of course it comes back to bite. Beimel sucks, Acta sucks, and so does our defense.

Why have we used Beimel incorrectly all season? He should never come in the game to face strictly RH batters.

Beimel is about to join Villone and Tavarez on the "do not use" list.

Affectionately known as "sheeple."

Ugh, I had really hoped the vodka wouldn't be necessary.
