He isn't going anywhere.

What will it take for Manny to get fired? Did the Yankees series save the season for him? Sometimes I just shake my head from side to side in amazement that he still has a job. There is no friggin' way that he should still be managing this team.
look no further than the GM to understand why Acta is still here. If Kasten and the Lerners want to show the fans that they are truly committed to winning they will get rid of Acta and Rizzo immediately.

I am conflicted, bottle of beer or lip of Skoal? WNFF will decide!
Camel Snus FTW.  Pop one in the upper lip, no spitting and you can still drink.

I've thought so at times but it's not extreme. Rizzo is so lost it's not even remotely funny at all.

Guys rip me on here for bashing Rizzo but I will continue to rip the hell out of him until he is gone or wakes the freak up from this deep fog of confusion.

the lerners are in it for the money and that is it.  the team is making money so nothing will change.

I mean Spider, can you give me one good reason why Colome is on this team?

Bergmann pitched 3 scoreless innings and got a save in AAA tonight. yeah but wtf use do we have for him. Yeah he might not be a long term answer but he is 100% better than Colome and would probably do well if given the opportunity to do so.

Bergmann was demoted a few times after having one bad outing. Why are guys like Colome continuously given free passes for sucking time and time again?

that should have been the go-ahead run. thanks a lot Colome for giving up a 2-out blast to a career minor leaguer.

I don't disagree with your assessment on Colome and Bergmann should definitely be here over Colome. I can't explain why they refuse to dump the refuse.

Who the freak cares about Bergmann.  He sucks as bad as Colome anyway.

that's funny. Even if you don't think highly of Bergmann I would put Stammen in the pen, call up Martin to pitch in the rotation, and get rid of Colome.

Bergmann would post a sub 4.00 ERA here if he were allowed to pitch for the rest of the season rather than getting sent down after every bad outing.

If you get rid of Colome you still have to pay him AND his replacement.  :?

so utterly helpless it's unreal. Villone is the worst pitcher on the entire staff. Yes, even worse than Colome.

Manny Acta, Mike Rizzo, and their affection for these veteran bum relievers is just disturbing.
