Next up, see if my 7:30 tee-time holds up tomorrow morning.  Gotta get the round in before the game.

game over. Nats lose another game that should have been a win. 1 out away and Beimel pissed himself.

How many rained shortened losses do we have this year?

Nats just keep finding a unique way to lose ballgames. We essentially blew a 4 run lead in the span of 1.2 innings.

While waiting for the delay to be over the O's have come back from a 9-1 deficit and now lead 11-10.
Markakis just hit a 2 run double off of Papelbon.

I didn't watch this game, mainly because I've lost interest in watching this team on television when I'm already committed to going to another 40+ home games this season. So I looked up the score and holy ****. 4 Errors?!?! 4 unearned runs?!?!? ZIMMERMAN MADE THREE ERRORS IN ONE GAME?!?! Did these three points make sense/not utterly absurd/insane if you watched the game, or was it what it seems like at face value and was similar to watching a performance of clowns playing baseball?

This is absolute  B U L L S H I T  that these CROOKED UMPIRES hand the Marlins a win WITHOUT FINISHING THE GAME.  This game could be FINISHED TOMORROW before the 12:10 pm game.  They are still in Florida anyway.

If this is what they want to do, the Nationals should tell the umpires and Florida that they will FORFEIT TOMORROW'S game.  GET ON THE PLANE AND LEAVE, AND freak YOU MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL CROOKED UMPIRES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  freak YOU!

haha, of course Acta crucifies the young pitcher Clippard and refuses to lay the primary blame on Joe Beimel because he is a veteran.

Enough is enough. Acta just said that Hanley not only hurts us but also hurts the rest of the league. He's full of crap.

Hanley has 16 HRs against the Nats. far more than against any other team. He doesn't just hurt the Nats he KILLS them.

Did manny comment on Zims errors? If Zim didnt have the error after Clippards walk Beimels walk wouldn't have hurt so much cause EB would've been the last out.

If the Nationals are, once again, SWEPT by the Marlins, Manny Acta should be FIRED ON THE SPOT!  No manager is the history of baseball is so comfortable with losing so many games.

Have a cookie, Manny!

okay so, manny keeps his job because we won a few games against Yankees and Blue Jays and took one out of 3 vs the Red Sox.... Shouldn't managers BE DOING THAT ON A freakING REGULAR BASIS?

Fire Manny if we get swept tomorrow.

In that, Mannys was accurate. Hanley Ramirez is a very good player. There is a reason many people drafted him #1 overall in fantasy leagues this year.

Terrible loss, but then, it's more of the same.
These Nats must have very short memories, because "He who forgets the past is doomed to repeat it." You'd think with 50+ losses they'd remember SOMETHING.

Hanley is arguably the 2nd best player in the NL behind Albert "Juice" Pujols. Still doesn't mean he should hit hit .350 and 20% of his total HRs against you. I mean we let him beat us over and over again. Where are the scouting reports?

This is true, but Manny was right in saying he hurts the whole league. The scouts are clearly too busy drooling over him, and it would seem the players are too, they never learn.

Chase Utley is the best player in the NL.  That guy just kills us, and I can't stand him.

The Marlins are only 1.5 games out of 1st Place in the NL East thanks to the Nats.

Florida is 8-0 against Washington and 32-39 against everyone else.
