Is there a board feature where you can recommend or mention people in the post and they are notified (like on Facebook)? That would be useful for things like, look Sportsfan, Dunn hit a HR, or recommending music to Nathan or Ali in the Red Loft.

you can click "notify" and it'll track that topic for you, i'm not sure if that's exactly what you're looking for or not...

That's cool, but I wanted the reverse, a way to point out posts to others, like when NOTLD repeats the exact same thing I said 5 minutes earlier.

Well the title of each post is clickable and has a URL, so you could use that.

For instance - http://www.wnff.net/index.php/topic,13656.msg397213.html#msg397213

^^Will take you directly to this post, rather than the beginning of the thread.  You get the link from the title of the post (right above "reply #3")

right-click it and copy the link, or just click it and then copy the link from your browser's address bar.
