Yeah, all I'm getting it the "This channel should be available shortly" message. It worked last night, though I didn't watch the post-game. Was wondering if it was something with my connection or a general Comcast problem. I've already talked to them, and they haven't been able to fix it yet . . . shocker.
If you get that message on
all of your channels, it's at Comcast's end. That happened to me several weeks ago. They fixed it within an hour.
One thing you can try: Set the channel to
MASN-2 (where it's airing tonight, BTW). Then,
unplug your cable box. Wait a minute, and
plug it in again. All of the channel information (showing what's on and previews) will be gone, and it will take 20-30 minutes for them to reappear. You can still change channels. But doing this seems to clear up junk, like rebooting a computer. It's something you may need to do a few times per year. I thought my TV was broken, when it kept flashing the picture, but Comcast suggested this, and it worked like a charm.
