I looked around Brian's site and he's listed as 'unassigned' on the big board.  Is he hurt?

Draft picks from high school typically spend a season or two in short season before they pitched the entire minor league season.  This is due to the fact that they are not yet conditioned to last the rigors of a full season.  Hicks will start the season at GCL or Vermont when it starts June 19.

Yea Vermont gonna have a number of prospects this year.

J.P. Ramirez, D. Hood, A. Nieto, G. Hicks, J. Smoker(maybe), E. Purez(if he's not in the DL) and whomever we draft this year. Lake Monster should have a real good season.

I may go up to Aberdeen when the Lake Monsters come down.  I still have to make it to a P-Nats and Sens game though too.
