There will probably be a lot of near misses, Alyssa.

Tell Alyssa that a "near miss" doesn't work, when pregnancy is involved.

Josh Johnson is pitching lights out. We'll be lucky to get anything going tommorrow.

yeah, he is pitching as good as I have seen anyone pitch so far this season. blazing 95-97 mph fastball that he spots perfectly on the corners and an assortment of changeups and sliders that he can bury you with.

I bet if Dunn had been on 1B when Zimm made that throw, you would've blamed Dunn's fielding ;)

I'm thinking with Dunn it's more likely he buttoned it with the button strip turned over so the O wouldn't be there...

They both changed jerseys.  There was no button issue, just a butt-head tailor.

Seeing that was pretty bad...Olsen's era is over 14 points higher than Johnson's. He's gotta rebound though, so I like our chances tomorrow. Great DP guys!

Hell, Lannan turned the ship around after two bad outings.  I don't know enough about Olsen to say that he will as well, but I do know he pitched much better last game, yet was killed by the defense behind him.

Big hand for John Lannan tonite. I've been as hard as anyone on him after those first two outings, but here's hoping that he has gotten back into form.

I did not.  I photographed the game on my tv.  Watch the replay on MASN.

We aren't going to win every game 8-2. It's important that we win a close one. I hope that comes tonight.
