I called him.  Didn't call me back.  I'll email him later.  He's treated me right all season.

THANKS FOR YOUR SUPPORT!  :icon_mrgreen:

Heard from my Account mgr.

MODIFIED:  Head to ticket services before you enter the stadium and they can switch your seats for the accessible area. Typically there is a lot of handicap seating available so it should not be a problem.

Going tomorrow, got unrealistically good seats for 40 bucks each. They are right behind the Nats dugout in row U.

I believe it is "Your choice of any of the leftover promotional items we've given out this year" If you're lucky, you'll get a left over Adam Dunn bobblehead, more likely you'll get a Nats Gym Bag or a t-shirt - first in, best dressed.

Maybe the "Draft Day: I was There" t-shirt...there were about 1,500 people at that Reds game, so unless they dump those shirts on Sunday, little war orphans in Sudan will be wearing them next year.  I'm there tonight and Sunday, so I'll be on swag patrol...

Last year they had a table that had all kinds of stuff on it.  You're choice.

Hmmm.  Look over the past promotions.

I think my first choice is the Gym bag
2nd - You know you're a Nationals fan T-shirt
3rd - Draft Day T-shirt

Hmm, going to look over the list.

BTW, I'll be the gympy one on Saturday Night.  Sorry can't climb the stairs to Red Loft.  Not sure of ticket location yet because I have to exchange my ticket when I get there.

If you're going to the Marlins series this weekend and use the Blue or Yellow Metrorail lines to/from Virginia, don't forget this is the weekend that they're closing National Airport, Crystal City and Pentagon City stations - budget more time getting to/from the matches: http://www.wmata.com/about_metro/news/PressReleaseDetail.cfm?ReleaseID=4034

The kids' lunch boxes are really cute (I saw an adult with one on the metro), but I think they probably gave all of those out. T-shirts will probably be the dominant giveaway because of the many rainy t-shirt Tuesdays this year. On at least two of those evenings, we had to hunker down in the Red Porch for extended rain delays.

There is an escalator just on the other side of the Red Porch.

Yeah, I know.  I want to keep the walking around to a minimum though and going to different places does require going back and forth and standing in line for food...  I know, it sounds like I'm whining but I went to a job fair yesterday and it just about wore me out.

I imagine, Tom you're going to the Terps game on Saturday?  GO TERPS!   :woop: :hurr:

Isn't that little sign supposed to say Hurray?!  It goes so fast I can't read it.

sweet, you get to watch Tom Milone pitch. He's had an outstanding year and is Potomac's best starter. LHP that doesn't throw hard but knows how to throw strikes and pitch.

Hey Tom,

OOPS  :-[.  I didn't know it was in California!   :-[  Glad you all had a good time in my neck of the woods last night.  That's where I'm going later today.

Oh and people, as far as the SEASON TICKET GIVE AWAYS.  Not a lot left according to a friend of mine that braved all those steps past the jungle gym.

No gym bags left.
No You know you're an Nats fan T-shirts
No Tote bags.

My friend picked up an RZ T-shirt for me!   :icon_mrgreen:

They still had lunch bags.

Oh and as far as bobble heads are concerned, one person can only pick up a maximum of 2 bobbleheads.

Lets say your season ticket leader has 4 season ticket coupons,  You're only allowed to pick up a maximum of 2 bobbleheads (2 tickets used for 2 bobbleheads the other 2 tickets you have to pick up 2 other items.)

I enjoyed my game @ Petco.  Livan pitched well, a shame we lost.

Petco wasn't bad, but I like Nationals Park a lot better.  Petco's interior reminds me of a mall.  I thought the skyline was a bit Camden Yardsesque.

I saw some Nats fans there and got to chat with a few of them.  I heard I was on TV a lot too.

I love Nationals Park...but Petco is just that 10% nicer in my book.  I sat in a no-vendors section, and it was great not having a beer man walk in front of me every other inning, I liked the way it opened out into the Gaslamp Quarter (DC can only hope the ballpark district ends up half that nice), I liked the yellow color throughout, which really said "San Diego" to me.  I dunno...just seemed like they put a tiny bit more work into the park.  Yeah, there are some Camden Yards qualities to it (the Western Metal Building being the most obvious), but there's also a reason that people copy Camden qualities.

I like the open air concourse of Nats Park and the intimate feel.  I do like the outside presence of Petco a lot (I agree I would love if our ballpark district could mirror theirs), but once in the park, I don't know I just felt like I wasn't at a ballgame as opposed to when I'm @ Nats Park.

The open-air concourse might just be the best part about Nationals Park. My dad spends the entire game (or most of it) just walking around the ballpark, watching the game at random areas.
