Great they give us an error and a man on second and Kearns makes nice contact to get it caught.

Ugh freak this.

This.

Where have I blamed Dunn for any losses.  All I'm saying is for all the smoke that was blown up my ass about how great he is, we are three games off of last year's pace of 59 wins.

The problem is we have a rotation full of Borgnine's disco cowboys

***To add, I blame the whole team and it's coaches for these losses, not a single player. They all need to be taken out back and beaten with socks full of soap.

If your going to bring that up, than we shall bring the other 2 notable stats up, he'll hit 40 bombs, that puts runs on the board, and draw walks, that can help us, only if the OTHER guys can bring him in.

The rest of our team is striking out more than him so far and its terrible

I 100% agree with you.  Which is why it's going to get worse when Dunn comes back to normal.  He's hit 2 bombs in 7 games, that's about right for a guy who will hit 40 HR's a season.

I had a feeling Milledge was going to strike out, he looked so angry and intense after that second strike that he was going to swing away at crap.

Please move him somewhere else in the lineup and if he continues to suck send him to the minors.

Please get rid of this freaking nats320 commercial, METS THERE TALKING THEMSELVES. only makes me more angry after games like this

The mean for him is an OBP of .400. Damn, that would suck, wouldn't it. He wasn't getting PAID before.
Well, he's OBP'ing about .600 now, so that's bound to come down.

But still, he's not going to hurt the team at all.

And no bullpen. And no lead off hitter. A disorganized line up. A manager who doesn't look like he is on the same plain as the rest of us. An offense that is off and on on any given day-- Jesus, it's a wonder security let's this circus through the door.

You contradicted yourself in two consecutive sentences. He's hitting on his normal pace, but he'll come back to Earth.

Do you read your posts?

What more do you want Dunn to do? Maybe he can pinch hit for some other guys.

Excuses are all this team is good for.

The past week we've had games that we could win and so many hits but not enough clutch hits when we needed it.

What the freak else can we do that can help us out there?

Was listening to the Phillies XM radio broadcast on the way into work tonight- you should have heard the words they have to say about the Nats.  Dude said that he can't believe that half of these "career minor leaguers" are actually suiting up in a major league uniform and it's not surprising this team is 0-6.  Most of these guys don't earn much respect as far as intimidation goes."  I felt embarrassed listening to the guy and I'm not even ON the team.

I was addressing the OBP/AVG on the former and the HR's on the latter - try to keep up.

Sorry, I guess nest time I'll just have to write a lengthy post which sums up everything I've already said - otherwise, PANatsFan won't get it.  :?

He does not hit .350+ every year and he strikesout a [bad word] ton more than he has.  Look it up.  He's going to regress to the mean and when he does we'll be even worse than we are now.
But Dunn and Kearns are Best Friends.  So maybe Dunn will be nice, and not mean.

Dibbles the best aquisition this offseason, aside from Dunn imo

"Decent" bats due up next inning. Unless Manny pulls Guzman for Josh Bard. Which would be funny.

Agree with the first part of your statement 110%...unfortunately I feel ashamed to have him see how pathetic our team is.   :-[

Nice job, BEIMEL. Offense needs to go crazy this inning. Walk-off win would be mighty nice.
