yep. something looks off with him.

no he always has problems with making throws across the field when he has time.  he made an amazing play on that ball, but couldn't connect on the the throw across to first.

Lastings, maybe your too hurt. Take a seat for a while, let the talented part of our outfield have some innings.

Can our pitchers at least keep games close!  It's so disappointing to know the game is essentially over by the 4th inning.

What's the point in watching the rest?

Your too kind. It was over in the first and everyone of us knew it whether we admit it or not. It was in our subconscious.

Milledge 0-fer so far this year. If he had slid there he would have been safe.

yep. something looks off with him.

Who gives a crap? Rookies sign for 6 years in the bigs. He's not special. He doesn't DESERVE anything. The team can offer him a contract if they wish. But it's his job to play, his agent's job to negotiate. Why all this boo hooing? Are you in his will or something?

I just logged on to say that:

1.)Milledge is a first class, half ass bum.  Kick this scumbag off the team now, he is a cancer.  This kid is just that,  a kid, ajoker.  He can grow up on some other team as far as i am concerned.  put Willie Harris in there.
2.)I can't believe you guys are complaing about coaches.  Dude, this team, these players SUCK!  SUCK!  Even our "good" players are mediocre.
3.) Mr Carpenter.....if you rail on about how the Nats got jobbed in a "flyball" home run again I will deposit my TV outside my 2 stpry window.  Hopefully no innocent passersby will be pressdent at the time.  At least Dibble finally called him out on it.

4.)I can deal with poor pitching and hitting, but this lack of concentration and fundamentals is just ugly.  I have never seen a professional team in any sport look so freakn bad.  Just horrible.

5.)Watch Bonifacio become a star.

gentlemen, we are in troub;e this year.  I don't think anyone has ever seen anything quite like this.  what a freakin disaster.

That's a very low percentage play. Too late to make that decision.

at least he made contact.  flores and milledge didn't.

Two games into the season and we're looking at groundballs as a positive.  :rimshot:

Acta has to go NOW while the season is still salvageable. please don't wait until we are 5-20 to make the change.

i can already hear manny acta's press conference:

"it's only game two"
"scott's gotta throw strikes"
"milledge is fine, it's game two"
"most pitchers can't stop ramirez/uggla/bonifacio"

to move over runners yes.  of course when you're down 8 runs you want homers, but anyway to put runners in scoring position.  ronnie baseball and jesus both struck out pathetically.
