reading the Pirates.com forum..

they are awfully unhappy.

they are a little bit more level-headed over on alternative boards like The Buccos Forum...but still...

and for some reason, they keep referencing the Nats in their discussions...

Tulowitzki hit for the cycle and drove in seven last night against the Cubs. Not bad  :icon_mrgreen:

He got a hometown scoring on the triple.

Also, how about the Giants fans booing Ramirez mercilessly?  :lmao:  Have they forgotten that they embraced Bonds for years?

You've got to understand -Bonds to manly steriods; manny took the girlie stuff.  And Papi took the legal supplements.

:lmao:  Aren't you a Red Sox fan? Ortiz has been juicing for years. It's funny how people rationalize about this when it involves players from their own team. I'll rip the crap out of any player on the Nationals that gets exposed for cheating.

Spidernat - calm down. I was busting on Manny and Papi. The "legal supplements" line was for humor, just like the manly / girllie steroids was.  I can bust on my own team.

For the record, I'd give Ortiz about a 30% chance of being truthful.  but I'd give Nomar about an 90% of not being caught yet.

Jorge Sosa missed the first 50 games this season for PED's.

I wasn't aiming that at you.

We also had another minor leaguer recently suspended for PED's. We've had plenty others who have played here that were juicers in the past not to mention those that are on the team now who are juicing but haven't been caught because the testing policy is a joke.

He had some ridiculous numbers his first few years in the league, he was so skinny too. Dude was def a juicer.

Moreover, they say he was a stick, all glove, at GA Tech and the minors, then bulked like crazy.  This would be early to mid 90s.

Youkilis is a juiced up moron.

I'm glad Porcello plunked him.

It was kind of funny to see Porcello backpedaling when he saw Youkilis coming at him.  :lmao:  If you're going to plunk someone you need to either stand there or charge forward to engage.

Porcello was hilarious with the backtrack, but once Youk got to him he threw down
