Blue lots dropped

A ticket rep told me that the Blue lots have been dropped. Not sure why. If you ordered Blue parking and have not gotten word from the TO, you might want to check your parking status and make alternative plans.

As long as it isn't the BLUE line of Metro, I'm safe.

That's what this guy thought.  He was killed on the Blue line today.

What exactly are the blue lots? Last year I always parked in those cash lots down on M St toward Barracks Row -- but I have no idea if what I was parking in was a blue lot. I'm pretty sure it wasn't, but I have no idea really.

I thought the Blue lots were behind blue911's house.  Each parking pass came with a coupon for a free beer.

There were quite a few lots under the overpass that always seemed to be empty insofar as I could tell as I walked up S. Capitol.  Were those "blue"?  I have yet to drive to the new stadium, so no clue what the parking situation is.

Intentionally jumping out in front of a moving train tends to do that to you...

Except for the behind my house and free beer, you are correct. I did accept payment to allow people to park. I will allow people to park this season also, $10 on the day of the game or $500 for the season. For this I will give you my blessing to park. Hell for $5, I'll allow you to take the subway.

I'm thinking of getting parking passes for the garages. Anyone park there last year and can tell me if they liked it. Easy access, tailgaiting, etc.?

Thanks.

Looks like the blue X, Y, and Z lots right next to the ballpark are gone, these were available for less than half price on eBay for most games last year.

No tailgating in the garages.  Save your money, you can park across the street from the home plate entrance for $15 at a cash lot that is not operated by the Lerners.  (Most of the attendants for the official lots would let you in for a discounted price as well.)
