That flyout would have scored a run if they had had Dukes bunt the guys over. Acta knows better than this, but all season he has refused to advance the runners to 2nd and 3rd with no outs.

That was highly embarrassing. We just take the same stupid ass pulling off the ball swings at Moyer every freaking time. They never learn or adapt. Can the entire coaching staff.

New pitcher comes in and Bernadina swings at the first pitch.

You guys are going to be amazed at what a real hitting coach can do for this team next year.

And a 1 pitch DP by Hernandez after a walk. Inexcusable. Oh well, 2 more innings and we control our own destiny.

This season has been a disaster but before it expires I'd like to give a shout out to all the faithful contributors (and I know a lot of them aren't even here today) to the game threads who have made the season at least somewhat tolerable.   Hopefully we'll have a team next season that will give us a better effort and more desirable results.

It's embarrassing that the Brewers are being pwned in crunch time.
I'd love to see Oliver Perez get lit up by the Fish tomorrow and Sabathia shutting down the Cubs.

freak it I'm going to come out and say it, this may go against all my instincts and principles but we need to lose this freaking game. There is nothing good about winning this game.

And listen to the announcers ejaculate over Rollins' play. Guzman's play was better, no doubt.

Cut it to a 1-run deficit. Maybe if we hadn't blown that opportunity earlier we'd be at least tied.

Don't worry. They just want to give false hope. They're satisfied with only losing by 1.

We have a chance to get strasburg now.

I mean top 3 are good, but strasburg could help us.

Anyway, they did go crazy over a catch like that lol. Nice double by zimmy earlier. And whyd victorino have his glove over his face lol

That pitch on his hands is a ball but Dukes had to swing because the moronic ump called it a strike earlier in the AB.

What a disappointing game. So many blown opportunities. I can't freaking stand this.

I just keep telling myself that all of this horrible bullcrap will be worth it in the long run.  :|

Hinckley does it again. 13.2 scoreless innings to start his ML career.

They should've brought in Bergmann to ensure the loss.

Can we call up O'Connor for this situation? Like right now

They should start him tomorrow.

Boy would it be a nightmare if we win tomorrow in a completely meaningless game for both the Phils and us. You have to figure that they are going to play most of their back-ups so their starters can rest up for the playoffs. They also won't start Hamels and will instead start J.A. Happ.

I hope Acta plays all of the bench players and uses Bergmann and Speigner.
