That upcoming series with the Pirates is looking awfully good right now and I am sure this team of princesses can't wait to face a team they can problably beat.  Of course, they play like this and they will get their as*es kicked.

For the life of me, I can't figure out why the Red Sox traded Arroyo to Cincy...he's about the only reason they made the playoffs last year.  And Bronson can't be happy in that silly little steamboat hit-o-rama ballpark of theirs...maybe he can be kidnapped and will willingly play for his captors at RFK (a little baseball Stockholm syndrome).

The radio announcers reported that Selig was asked about WUSA's report that the Lerners are the owners.  Selig said he thought the report was interesting because he still hasn't decided.  Maybe the Lerners saw this game and changed their minds.   Or maybe WUSA knew that Selig will never decide and made the decision for him :|

I thought so. Just another round on the Merry-Go-Round where Selig is sitting on the Black Horse and everyone else is riding a jacka*s.

New WUSA article claims two inside sources, and says Smulyan confirms he heard the same thing, although not from MLB directly.  So WTF knows.

Rumor is that the group that agrees to let Angelos have 90% of the Nationals' revenue from ticket sales, concessions, and parking will get the team.  But Selig also has to finish Simonizing Angelos' car first.

Wasn't it Jim Moran that said during the Comcast hearings that he wanted a Peter Angelos clone.  WOW.   This is creepy.

He probably figures there's no point in wasting the bullpen when we're not gonna win this one anyway.  Somebody put in a call to Mark Grace.
