Lower Tier Pitchers
« Topic Start: January 24, 2008, 02:05:19 PM »
Rodrigo Lopez, Tomo Ohka, or Cassey Fossum anyone?

I bet they come cheap.

I like the Fossum Flop 30mph curveball, so how about a few hundred thousand for him?

EDIT: Fossum signed a Minors deal with the Bucs. Few desirable pitchers left.

Also, Aaron Sele.

bring ohka back, losing him was the sole reason we didnt make the playoffs in 2005 (sarcastic). or was it sunny kim....or zach day... i cant remember. maybe if we had let them all pitch from the mound at the same time we would have made the playoffs

no, don't bother signing any pitchers. just go with what we have and let the chips fall where they may.

or at least we would have been saved the embarrassment of pitching 3 relief pitchers for 3 innings each every 4th and 5th day, because we didn't have enough starting pitchers.

because you know...pitching, pitching, pitching....
