Corbin's struggles have migrated to later in the game

Pitch count was extremely low.

Corbin gets one more year -- then his contract can be written off.
Tax deduction. Yea baby!

Yank Corbin an inning before he implodes.  If they did that his ERA would be in the 4s.  But oh my what a horrible contract.

Corbin has shown he is a much better rp than a sp.

ERA over 8 in the first inning suggests otherwise

Tune in to TBS -- Wheeler is poised to throw a shutout.  What a juxtaposition -- Wheeler and Corbin.

It might be partly mental. He did well in appearances as rp in 2019 playoffs and also in previous years. He has a limited effective repertoire so if he concentrates on the slider instead of working other pitches like his mediocre fastball he does better.

Yeah, that can be interpreted more than one way.

How many times did he pitch in releif other than game 7?

Once Corbin slips, he falls. Right off the cliff. Didn't he pitch six innings last game and collapse in the 7th? Come on, Davey, let him go five and then yank him as soon as there is trouble. Same with Fedde.

Unless, of course, Davey is saving the bullpen. (Good for Klobo!), and unless Davey wants to lose.
